BMC Training 1

I've went to BMC boot camp last Sunday ..wow..it's a torture! Well, I choose to do it. It's a preparation for the real BMC in September.I hope to finish this and get the medal! I nearly stop after half way of the training.I feel my body tortured. But I kept in mind that I must finished this. I did my first back crawl and it's a little bit weird. The move requires you to use your shoulder and triceps to lift your body and move forward..with you facing up. whoa.. It definitely not easy. Bur pees, I couldn't do much. 30 reps nowadays is enough to shake my knees. Ran 400m to and fro times 2. There are all together 5 or  6 moves as far as I can remember. In the end we have our stretch and that moment I fell so peaceful and breezy. Well the sand, the wind, the sound of the sea. Really relaxed. And next time I plan to go straight to have a dip in the sea! Start at 7.30am and ended at 8.45am. 1 rep only. Thanks God. I was soaked wit sand.  And my car was bad..covered with sands. But it's OK. I like it so much! For sure I will come again as my target is to finish the race.

God, please help me.

Only listen the words that matters..

Have you ever came across people who are always demotivating others? I've came across people who said "You are not for this" "Is this hard for you? Maybe you can consider transferring to other products".. I've get that pinch of salt every now and then. First it occurs 2 years ago when I started working in this company. Second occurrence was this year. My own boss said "If you are type of person who wants work-life balance, this field is not for you." Said the person who is overweight and try to put down others. Maybe this person doesn't realized himself enough. I do what I'm ought to do because it is the way I keep myself sane. It's my way of maintaining myself. I'm still here today and getting stronger than ever.

Yesterday I saw what happened to my colleague, she was transferred to other department and truth to be told that the task is hard and requires to see customers everyday..mostly bad. That's why people come and go..in a short period of time.

But as humanly possible, one should not talk down on people or demotivate others by saying "oh you will only survive for awhile, it is a very stressful job".. and still said "Be strong"..Talk about empty cans and fake humans. I personally message my friend. Do not listen to the naysayers. Most of them just wanna see you break.

The best piece of advice I had from a friend :

Intelligent people ignore it.
Stupid people takes revenge.

Morning Rush

I've rushed to the office every morning because of the clock-in system. Since it was imposed a week ago, i've been timing myself to reach the office on before 9am.At first, I dread it due to the need of get up latest by 7am and rushing to get ready.

But now, I kind of like it because I can timed myself when choosing what to wear (I know I should make a preparation the day or night before..oh well), applying make up, blow dry my hair and to get out of the house latest at 8.15am (I still have some extra minutes), and also to reach the office as the scheduled time.

I learned a lot from this. I discovered an alternative route.Well, sort -of .My friend actually discovered it.I try to remember the route used and did find a way out. Fyi, I did stumbled on dead-end. Other than that, it affects my choice of clothes, practical..easy to  match. Better selection of product (blower that can blow dry my hair for less than 5 minutes).Marathon from the basement and and touch down! 8.51am clocked-in. I enjoyed it to be honest. It's like a race and reaching your targeted time.

Well, that's a little story from me. What I can do about it other than dreading every morning. I love it when I have the purpose to do the things I have to do. I'm yet to find my purpose in life. Most importantly the journey or the path that matters. Despite the hardship that I faced, I'm just thankful to be alive and continue to find my path. I'm looking forward to experience more.. while finding my path.Excitement!
